Our preferred shipping method is via FedEx.

A flat boxing and shipping fee of $50 will be applied to all orders. (this will be added upon checkout automatically)

We only ship out on the 1st and 3rd MONDAY of each month unless specifically arranged in advance. 

If you have a Fedex account number we can have shipping charges billed directly to you.

Larger sized specimen orders may incur additional shipping charges.

We also ship by Southwest Air Cargo and can make arrangements for you to pick up your shipment anywhere SWA flies.

Shipping Within the US:
We guarantee live delivery of specimens.
Species with no guarantee are as follows:
We do not guarantee delivery times or dates.
Claims for loss of shipment or damages must be emailed in within 24hrs upon arrival.
If shipping delays result in fatalities we will replace animals lost or will issue a credit memo at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather or customs delays.
We cannot refund or issue credit for transportation charges.
Transportation and container costs must be paid for both the original and replacement shipments by the customer.

International shipping:

We no longer ship internationally.

It's our policy never to automatically substitute specimen size or species if what you requested is unavailable. We hand collect the majority of our specimens and work closely with our other collectors to ensure you receive exactly what you order. If your item is out of stock, feel free to email us to discuss alternate items. 
Refunds / Returns (if applicable):
Because of the complex packaging procedures for all aquatic life and our primary concern for the health and well-being of all specimens we offer, we cannot accept any returns of any aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully.
Although, in the unlikely event you receive your fish dead on arrival just let us know by email or phone within one hour of receiving the fish. This needs to be supported by a photo of the dead fish in its unopened bag as received, you will then receive a refund for your fish excluding the cost of Delivery or Shipping we do not send replacements.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Any prices negotiated below the standard retail price VOID this policy in its entirety.
